LETTER TO THE EUROPEAN STRUCTURES
Today the head of the Helsinki Association Michael Danielyan has sent a letter to CoE, OSCE, EU and US State Department. The letter says, «The November 27 Constitutional Referendum showed once more that the Armenian authorities violated all the international norms being convinced of their impunity.

With this letter the head of the Helsinki Association asked the European structures to revise their evaluation of the November 27 referendum and to send a committee of independent experts to Armenia to find out the real volumes of violations. The Association had expressed readiness to allot them all the information they have.
