Highest inflation rate recorded in Tajikistan and Azerbaijan

The highest rate of inflation in CIS countries was recorded in Tajikistan and Azerbaijan within the first three months of 2007, CIS Statistical Committee publicized the records about the inflation rate in member states, APA reports.
Inflation within first three months in Azerbaijan was 16.5% compared with January-March last year.
Tajikistan is the leader among CIS countries (18.3%).
Increase of consumer prices was 11.7% in Moldova, 10.3%in Ukraine, 9.8% in Georgia, 8% in Kazakhstan, 7.5% in Belarus, 4.7% in Armenia and 4.5% in Kyrgyzstan in January-March. /APA/
